By accessing our website, purchasing our products, submitting a nomination, applying to become a Community Partner or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

Throughout these Terms, "TUC+U", "we", "our" and "us" refer to The Unbroken Collective + You (TUC+U).

Our Purpose

TUC+U exists to create quality products while supporting grassroots charities, community organisations and local communities through initiatives such as The Collective Choice, Community Partners and the Community Response Fund.

While every effort is made to create meaningful impact, purchasing our products or participating in our initiatives does not guarantee funding, assistance or support for any individual, charity or organisation.

Website Use

By using our website, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully.

You must not:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Copy, reproduce or commercially use our content without our written permission.

Products & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, photographs and availability are accurate.

Occasionally, errors may occur. We reserve the right to:

• Correct pricing or product information.
• Update or discontinue products without notice.
• Limit product quantities.
• Cancel orders where an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be provided.

Orders & Payments

Orders are accepted once payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

• Payment cannot be authorised.
• Fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.
• Stock is unavailable.
• An error has occurred.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its approved payment providers. TUC+U does not store your payment card information.

Shipping

Shipping times, delivery estimates and processing information are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only and delays outside our control may occasionally occur.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are managed in accordance with our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

Community Contributions

Where advertised, eligible purchases help support the mission of TUC+U through our charitable initiatives.

These contributions are managed by TUC+U and do not create a legal or contractual relationship between customers and any charity, organisation, Community Partner or individual recipient.

Community Response Fund

The Community Response Fund exists to provide practical assistance to individuals, families and communities experiencing genuine hardship.

Support may include financial assistance, donated goods, donated services or other practical assistance.

Requests and nominations are carefully reviewed. Where appropriate, TUC+U may consult with trusted grassroots charities, community organisations, Community Partners and local support services to better understand community needs and determine where available assistance can create the greatest impact.

Support is provided at the sole discretion of TUC+U and is subject to available funding, donated services, available products and identified need.

Submitting a request or nomination does not guarantee assistance.

The Collective Choice

The Collective Choice allows members of the community to nominate grassroots charities and community organisations making a genuine difference.

All nominations are reviewed carefully and considered against TUC+U's values, community impact, demonstrated need and available resources.

Submitting a nomination does not guarantee funding or selection.

TUC+U reserves the right to determine which organisations receive support.

Community Partners

Community Partners are businesses and organisations, including charities and community organisations, who choose to support the mission of TUC+U.

Support is given as products, services or skills, not money, and may include:

• Donated products.
• Donated services.
• Volunteer assistance.
• Professional expertise.

Participation as a Community Partner does not create an employment, agency, joint venture or legal partnership unless otherwise agreed in writing.

TUC+U reserves the right to accept, decline or discontinue Community Partner relationships where necessary.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, artwork, graphics, photographs, product designs and written content, remains the intellectual property of The Unbroken Collective + You (TUC+U) unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified or distributed without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TUC+U is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products or community initiatives.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
